Frequently asked questions
+ How do I play virtual bingo on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet?
Create your game, choose how many cards you need and invite your players by pasting their email addresses: each player receives a personal link to their virtual card. You can also share the links yourself, for example in the meeting chat. When it is time to play, open the caller in show mode and share your screen so everyone sees the animated tombola draw each number (remember to enable sound sharing in your video call app). When someone shouts "Bingo!", enter their card ID in the winner checker to confirm it in seconds.
+ How many bingo cards can I create for free?
The free plan includes a limited number of cards, and the exact number depends on your region. You will see it when you create your game. If you need more cards, you can choose a paid pack; the price is always shown before you pay.
+ How long does access last?
Paid packs include 31 days of access to the virtual game tools (virtual cards, caller, show mode and winner checker), and you can play unlimited games during that time. The PDF with your printable cards is yours to keep, even after access ends.
+ Do players need to create an account?
No. Nobody needs an account, not even the organizer. Players open the personal link they receive by email (or that you share with them) to see their virtual card(s) on their phone, tablet or computer. As the organizer, you only enter your email to receive the private link to your Game Manager.
+ Can I print the bingo cards?
Yes. Every game includes a PDF ready to print, and you can choose how many cards appear on each page (1, 2 or 4). It works well for in-person events and for players who prefer paper.
+ Can I customize the title, letters and colors?
Yes. You can set the title of your game, change the five column letters (for example, replace B-I-N-G-O with a five-letter word of your choice), pick a color theme and decide whether the center square is a free space with your own text.
+ What are call sequences?
A call sequence is the random order in which the 75 numbers are called. Virtual Bingo Cards includes 100 pre-generated random sequences: you pick one and the caller follows it, so the system knows at every call which cards have a line or a full house. If you prefer to draw the numbers yourself, for example with a physical tombola, use the manual caller and enter each number as it comes out.
+ How do I check whether a player really won?
Use the winner checker: enter the player's card ID and the system verifies it at the current call or at any previous call number. It also shows which cards have a line or a full house, so you can confirm a win in seconds and avoid disputes.
+ Can two players win at the same time?
Yes. If two or more cards complete a line or a full house on the same call, they all win on that call, and the winner checker will show each of them. The organizer decides how to break the tie, for example by sharing the prize or playing a quick tiebreaker round.
+ I lost my game link. How do I get it back?
Use the "Recover my game" option and enter the same email address you used to create the game. We will send your Game Manager access link to that email again, as long as your access is still valid. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to [email protected].
+ Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Mercado Pago or PayPal, and you choose the method at checkout. With Mercado Pago you can use the payment methods available there, such as credit and debit cards, including international cards; charges are made in Chilean pesos (CLP). With PayPal, charges are made in US dollars (USD) and you pay with your PayPal account or with a card when PayPal offers it. If your currency is different, your card issuer or PayPal converts the amount, which may include fees. Your card details never touch our servers.
+ Is online bingo gambling?
Virtual Bingo Cards is an entertainment tool for parties, team events and family games. We do not handle bets, money or prizes between players. If you decide to offer prizes, you are responsible for complying with the local laws on prizes and raffles, and games with real-money stakes must not be organized where they are illegal.
+ Can I use it for Fiestas Patrias, school or office events?
Yes. Virtual Bingo Cards works well for Fiestas Patrias celebrations, school and classroom activities, office parties, team-building sessions, birthdays and family get-togethers. You can play in person with printed cards or online with virtual cards.
+ Can I get a refund?
Because cards are delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable once the cards have been generated. If the service was not delivered or you were charged twice, write to [email protected] within 10 days and we will sort it out.
