Terms of service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Virtual Bingo Cards, available at virtualbingocards.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Gat-Blac SpA, a company incorporated in Chile and based in Santiago ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating a game, buying a pack or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Virtual Bingo Cards lets you create randomized bingo cards and run bingo games. The Service currently supports 1-75 number bingo and includes:
- Generation of randomized cards and a PDF file ready to print.
- Virtual cards: you can invite players by pasting a list of email addresses, so each player receives a personal link to their card(s), or you can share the links yourself.
- A bingo caller with 100 pre-generated random call sequences, as well as a manual caller.
- An animated tombola "show mode" with sound, designed for screen sharing on video calls.
- Popular number nicknames and a winner checker that verifies any card ID at any call number and shows which cards have a line or a full house.
We may add new game types (such as 1-90 or custom word bingo) and improve, change or discontinue features over time. Features announced as "coming soon" are not included in any purchase until they are actually available.
3. Access to your game
The Service does not use user accounts. When you create a game, you enter your email address and receive a private access link to your Game Manager. Anyone who has this link can manage your game, so keep it confidential and share it only with people you trust. You are responsible for providing an email address that you control.
If you lose your link, you can use the "Recover my game" option with the same email address while your access is still valid.
4. Free plan and paid packs
The free plan lets you create a game with a limited number of cards at no cost. The number of free cards depends on your region and is shown when you create your game. Free games do not involve any payment.
Paid packs let you create more cards. Each paid pack gives you 31 days of access to the virtual game tools (virtual cards, caller, show mode and winner checker), during which you can play unlimited games. The PDF with your cards is yours to keep, even after the access period ends.
Prices are shown before you pay and may vary by region. We may change prices and pack contents at any time; such changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago or PayPal, and you choose the method at checkout. Card data is handled by the payment processor and never touches our servers; we only receive the payment status and a transaction reference. Your payment is also subject to the terms and policies of the processor you use.
With Mercado Pago, charges are made in Chilean pesos (CLP) and international cards are accepted. With PayPal, charges are made in US dollars (USD) and you pay with your PayPal account or with a card when PayPal offers that option. If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your card issuer or PayPal converts the amount and may apply exchange rates or fees that are outside our control. Your pack is activated once the payment processor confirms the payment.
6. Refunds
Virtual Bingo Cards is a digital service delivered instantly. For this reason, purchases are non-refundable once your cards have been generated, except in the following cases:
- The service could not be delivered, for example if your cards or your access were not generated because of a failure on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
To request a refund in these cases, write to [email protected] within 10 days of your purchase, including the email address you used and your game or payment reference.
Nothing in this section limits the rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- Send spam: invite only people who know you and expect to receive your invitation.
- Enter the names or email addresses of people you do not have consent to contact.
- Use the Service to organize gambling with real-money stakes where this is illegal.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other people's games.
- Use the Service for fraudulent purposes or in breach of any applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access to games that are used in breach of these rules.
8. Organizers, players and prizes
Virtual Bingo Cards is a tool for entertainment. We do not organize games, collect bets, hold money or award prizes. The person who creates a game (the "organizer") is solely responsible for how the game is run, for any prizes offered and for complying with local laws on prizes, raffles and promotions.
The organizer is also responsible for the player names and email addresses they enter, and for having the consent needed to send invitations to those players. We use this information only to send players the links to their bingo cards.
The winner checker is a support tool. The organizer sets the rules of each game, including how to handle simultaneous winners and tie-breaks.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, graphics, sounds, texts and brand, belongs to Gat-Blac SpA or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service and the cards you generate for your own events, including printing them and sharing them with your players. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service itself.
The content you enter, such as game titles or custom texts, remains yours; you allow us to use it only as needed to provide the Service. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Mercado Pago and PayPal are trademarks of their respective owners, and Virtual Bingo Cards is not affiliated with them.
10. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every email will reach its recipient's inbox, or that it will work with every device, browser or video conferencing platform. We recommend testing your game and downloading your PDF before your event.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gat-Blac SpA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or disputes between organizers and players, including disputes about prizes. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase that gave rise to the claim.
12. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the new version on this page together with its update date. Changes apply from their publication and do not reduce your rights regarding purchases completed before that date.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including, where applicable, Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer to go before other competent authorities or courts.
15. Contact
